Acceptance of Terms of Use

Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not, remains your responsibility.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 4g91 support team immediately via email at [email protected]. 4g91 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred prior to notification.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 4g91 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Prohibited Activities

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform without prior written consent from 4g91.
Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or dishonest activity to gain an unfair advantage.

User Responsibilities

Deposit Policy

Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible, except in very limited circumstances such as a technical error confirmed by the platform. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 4g91 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 4g91 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time requests or amounts exceeding certain limits. Processing times are between one and three business days, depending on the chosen method.

This platform is provided "as is" and 4g91 does not guarantee that services will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance or unavoidable technical disruptions may occur from time to time, and 4g91 will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible.

Account Suspension & Closure

4g91 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of 4g91's internal investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for valid reasons have the right to request a review within 30 days of the closure notice.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 4g91 platform are the exclusive property of 4g91 or the respective licence holders. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
